In this 23×49 house plan, we took exterior walls 9 inches and interior walls 4 inches. Starting from the main gate, there is a car parking area of 12’3″x14’8″ feet and on the left side, there is an open space has left of 3’6″ feet wide, We can use it as a small garden.
And then, there is the verandah and on the verandah, there is the main door to enter the living room.

Living room:
In this 1100 square feet house plan, the size of the living room is 10×15 feet and it has one window.
After the living room, on the right side, there is a W.C. bath area.
