This is the new and large kind of 2000 sq ft g+1 house plan. The plot area is 50X75 square feet but this house is made in approximately 2000 sq ft area.
This 40X50 sq ft home plan is made according to G+1 building means it is a double floor house building plan. The 2D plans are separately made for ground floor and first floor.

At start, we discussed the ground floor layout,
Ground floor plan:
On this ground floor plan, two bedrooms are features withdrawing room, office, living hall, kitchen, etc. for the entrance into the house, verandah is provided. Before that parking porch is given in 17’1”X11’ sq ft area.
In this 40X50 sq ft house plan, drawing room is made at front which is in 16’X12’6” sq ft area. Adjacent to it, at left side, office is given in 7’6”X9’6” sq ft area. Nest there is living and dining room is made which is in 23’10”X15’6” sq ft area.
In this 2000 sq ft home, left side of the living and dining room, dog-legged staircase block is made to access the first floor of this house. Beside this staircase block, kitchen is given in 14’X10’ sq ft area.

Inside from this kitchen store room is created in 7’9”X8’ sq ft space with adjacent 4’6”X8’ sq ft wash area. In this plan a 6’X6’ sq ft pooja room also given. This pooja room is open to both living and kitchen.

In this 2 bedroom floor plan, at backside two master bedrooms are made with attached toilet and bath. Right side master bedroom is provided in 13’X13’6” sq ft area with 5’X8’ sq ft attached toilet bathroom block.
Another master bedroom is big as compare to this, which is in 16’X13’6” sq ft space having 6’1”X4’8” sq ft dressing area and 6’1”X8’6” sq ft attached toilet and bath space. In this plan, 18’1”X8’4” sq ft space is left for open yard.

First floor plan:
In this double story house, this first floor you can access through the staircase made at ground floor plan. You can enter on the 10’X8’4” sq ft passage first.
On both sides of this passage, 2BHK homes are made. Front of this passage two storerooms are given. The size of each storeroom is 5’5”X4’ sq ft.
Let’s look at the front side 2BHK home plan, which is right of the staircase block.

In this 2BHK house, you can enter in the living room through the passage. This living room is made in 12’3”X14’ sq ft area.
This living room provides the best orientation principle in this house. Front of this living room a porch is made in 12’3”X8’7” sq ft area.
In this 2 bedroom house, left of the living room, master bedroom is given with inside attached toilet and bath block.
This master bedroom is in 10’10”X12’ sq ft and attached toilet and bath block is in 7’X5’ sq ft area.
Beside this attached toilet, again another attached toilet and bath block is provided in 7’X4’8” sq ft size. This master bedroom has 17’1”X7’11” sq ft large gallery area at front side.
In this simple house plan, at right side of the living hall, another 14’X9’7” sq ft bedroom is given. A kitchen is made at 10’X8’ sq ft area adjacent to this bedroom with 3 feet wide balcony beside.

Now look at the left side 2BHK home made on this floor.
This 2BHK home plan has a living room which orients the house properly. This living room is given in 12’3”X13’1” sq ft area.
Left of this living room kitchen and bedroom is featured. In this, kitchen is provided in 11’7”X9’1” sq ft area with 3 feet wide balcony. Bedroom is in 11’2”X12’ sq ft area.
In this 2 bedroom house plan, master bedroom is made at right side of the living room with attached toilet and bath.
This master bedroom is provided in 11’3”X12’ sq ft area and attached toilet and bath are in 7’X5’6” sq ft area. Adjacent to it again 5’X12’4” sq ft attached toilet and bath block is made for common use.
This first floor you can use for rental purpose for two families. The plan of this two storey bungalow will probably help you to build your dream house.
