The total plot area is large, so as per the customer requirement we have constructed is 1161 sq. ft. In this plan we have used 5” inches of both inner and outer walls. At the entrance of the gate, there is a parking area of 14’10”x14’5” feet.

27×43 3BHK house plan:
Main Entry:
The veranda is given the size of the veranda is 6’x4’ feet. Then we enter the living room.
Living Room:
The main door of the living room is 4’x7′ feet. We can increase or decrease the size of the door according to our needs. The inner size of a living room is 13’5”x11’5” feet. The living room has two windows. We can increase or decrease the size of the window by our requirement. In the living room, there is a staircase.

Staircase:
The staircase covers a total area of 8’10×14’5” feet. In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread. After the living room in the right side only there is bedroom 1.
Bedroom 1:
The size of bedroom 1 is 10’X10’feet. The bedroom has one window. The left side of bedroom 1 there is kitchen-cum-dining.

The size of bedroom 2 is 12’4” X12’ feet. The bedroom has two windows. On the right side of bedroom 2 there is bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3:
The size of bedroom 3 is 13’5” X12’ feet. The bedroom has one window. The front side of bedroom 3 there is a common toilet bath.
