It means the total area is 2200 sq. feet (246.814 guz). This plan is made by our expert civil engineers as per customers’ requirements by considering ventilation and all privacy.
In this 40×55 3 Bedroom House Plan, exterior walls are of 9 inches and interior walls are of 4 inches, there has the empty space left from all sides. There are two gates main gate size is 10’x5’6 feet and small gate size is 6’x5’6” feet.
Starting from the main gate left side of the plan there has a parking area which is 10’8”x25’2” feet. Backside of parking from west side 7’ feet of passage has left.
The right side of the parking area, the backside of small gate 10’5” feet space has left. And in the right side corner, there is space left of 12’6” feet for the garden. In the parking area, there is a staircase.

Stair Case:
The total area covered by the staircase is 6’x14’3” feet. These are also called Dog Legged staircases.
The dog-legged staircase is the most economical staircase. In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread.
Main Entry:
When we enter the main door there is a verandah, then we enter in our living room.
Living Room:
In this 40×55 3 Bedroom House Plan, The main door of the living room is 4’x7′ feet. The inner size of a living room is 18’x14’ feet. It has two windows we can increase or decrease the sizes of windows by our requirements. The backside of the living room there is the dining area.
Dining Area:
The size of the dining area is 15’10” x12’9” feet. In the dining area there is a small pooja room. And right side of the living room there is bedroom 1. And right side of the dining area there is a bedroom 2.
The size of bedroom 1 is 13’X15’ feet, and the bedroom has two windows which we can increase or decrease the size. The left side of bedroom 1 there is the dining area. The right side of the dining area and behind the bedroom 1 there is a storeroom.
Store Room:
The size of the storeroom is 8’x6’6” feet, And at the left side of the dining area, there is bedroom 2.

Bedroom 2:
The size of the bedroom 2 is 14’X12’ feet, the bedroom has one window, And at the backside of the dining area, there is a W.C. bath area.
W.C. Bath Area:
W.C size is 4’x4’6” feet and bathroom size is 5’x8’ feet.
Kitchen:
In this 40×55 3 Bedroom House Plan. In the South-East corner of the house. There is a kitchen of 14’6”x11’ feet. There is another door in the kitchen towards the wash area. The kitchen has two windows, And at the right side of the W.C bath, there is a bedroom which is our bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3:
The size of the bedroom 3 is 14’X16’ feet, and the bedroom has one window. And an extra passage is left for wardrobe with size 8’x2’4″ feet.
