33×53 2bhk house plan with car parking area:
In this 1749 sq ft house plan, we took interior walls 4 inches and exterior walls 9 inches. It has a front side road and all the sizes are covered by other properties.
Starting from the main gate, there is a car parking area of 13’9″x16′ feet, and on the left side of the parking, there is an open space of 5’8″ feet.
On the top left corner of the parking, there is the verandah and on the verandah, there is the main door to enter the living room of the house.

Living hall:
In this 1749 sq ft house plan, the size of the living hall is 14×13 feet and after the living hall, there is the looby. The lobby will be the middle space of the house from which we can travel all the rooms of the house.
There is another door on the right side of the lobby, and after that, there is the staircase to go on the first floor. The staircases are accessible from also the outside of the house, from 3’9″ feet space on the next right corner of the parking.
Below the staircase, on the right side of the lobby, there is the bathroom and dressing room.
