35 by 50 2 bedroom north facing house plan with car parking:
This 1750 sq ft house plan has a north-facing road and the remaining sides are covered by other properties. In this 2 bedroom house plan, We took exterior walls 9 inches and interior walls 4 inches.
Starting from the main gate, there is a porch of 15’6″ feet, we can use it as a car parking area. Next to the porch, there is a staircase of 3 feet wide is given to go on the first floor.
On the left side of the porch, there is a verandah of 7’8″ feet wide. From the verandah, there is the main door to enter the living room.

In this 35×50 house plan, the size of the living room is 12’6″x16′ feet. The living room has 2 windows. Just next to the living room, there is a dining area of 6’10” feet wide.
