35×45 House Plan:
This 35×45 house plan consists of the following:
- 2 Bed Rooms
- Dining Area
- Kitchen
- Attached Toilet Bath
- Staircase
Entering from the main gate, from the north side there is 4’1” feet space has left and from the south side there is 1’6” feet space has left at the backside of the staircase. And there is the garden on the right side. There is the living room straight to the main door.
Living Room:
The size of the living room is 15’5”x16’ feet. The living room has two windows. We can increase or decrease the size of the window by our requirement. On the right side of the living room, there is another door towards the staircase.
Stair Case:
The total area covered by the staircase is 13’6”x7’ feet. These are also called as Dog Legged staircase.
The dog-legged staircase is the most economical staircase. In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread. After the living room on the left side only there is an attached toilet bath.

Attached Toilet Bath:
In this 35×45 house plan, The size attached toilet bath is 6’2”x8’ feet. On the right side of the attached toilet bath, there is the dining area.
Dining Area:
The size of the dining area is 11’10”x7’ feet. It has one window. On the front side of the dining area, there is bedroom 1.
Bedroom 1:
The size of bedroom 1 is 11’6” X13’ feet. The bedroom has one window. The backside of the dining area there is the kitchen.
Kitchen:
In this 35×45 house plan. There is a kitchen of 11’6”x11′ feet in the south-east corner. It has two windows. Behind the kitchen, there is a pooja room.
Pooja Room:
The size of the pooja room is 3’6”x6’ feet. On the left side of the pooja room, there is bedroom 2.
Bedroom 2:
The size of bedroom 2 is 11’7” X13’ feet. The bedroom has two windows.
