Here we brought a new 20×45 G+1 House Plan for you. It means the total area is 900 sq. feet (100 guz). This plan is made by our expert civil engineers by considering ventilation and all privacy.
In this 20×45 G+1 House Plan, exterior walls are of 9 inch and interior walls are of 4 inches. When you start from the main gate, there is a parking area which is 7’x12’2” feet. On the right side of parking 6’6” feet space is left for a small garden. The right side of the verandah there is the staircase.
Stair Case:
In this 20×45 G+1 House Plan, The total area covered by the staircase is 6’3”x13’feet. These are also called Dog Legged staircases. The dog-legged staircase is the most economical staircase. In this 20×45 G+1 House Plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread. As this is the 2 storey house plan it has two plans separately.
GROUND FLOOR PLAN:
Main Entry:
When we enter the main door there is a verandah, then we enter in our living room.
Living Room:
In this 20×45 G+1 House Plan. The main door of the living room is 4’x7′ feet. The inner size of a living room is 11’6”x12’6” feet. It has two windows of 6’x4′ feet. The right side of the living room there is an open kitchen area.
Open Kitchen:
In this 20×45 G+1 House Plan, There is an open kitchen 11’10”x10′ feet. It has one window. And also a storeroom of size 5’2”x3’ feet. The left side of the open kitchen there is a W.C. bath area.
W.C. Bath Area:
The size of the W.C is 3’6”x3’6” feet and the size of the bathroom 6’4”x4’ feet. The backside of the living room there is bedroom 1. The backside of the W.C. bath area there is bedroom 1.
Bedroom 1:
The size of a bedroom 1 is 9’8” X10’feet, and the bedroom has two windows. And on the right side of bedroom 1, there is bedroom 2.
Bedroom 2:
In this 2 storey house plan, The size of the bedroom 2 is 8’6” X10’ feet, and the bedroom has two windows. We can increase or decrease the size by your requirement.
FIRST FLOOR PLAN:
By staircase when we come on the first floor. In the left side, there is sit out area size 19’4”x12’2” feet. Then we enter in our living room.
Living Room:
In this 20×45 G+1 House Plan, On the 1st floor, the main door of the living room is 4’x7′ feet. The inner size of a living room is 11’6”x12’6” feet. It has two windows we can increase or decrease the size of windows by our requirements. Behind the living room, there is a common toilet bath.
Common Toilet Bath:
The size of the common toilet bath is 8’2”x4’ feet. And also it has a ventilator for ventilation purpose. The backside of the common toilet bath there is a storeroom.
Store Room:
The size of the storeroom is 8’2”x3’6” feet. The backside of storeroom there is the kitchen.
Kitchen:
In this 2 storey house plan, Kitchen size is 11’6”x10’feet, It has two windows. We can increase or decrease the size of windows by our requirements. And there is another door towards the open terrace. The right side of the kitchen there is an open terrace the size is 6’3”x23’8” feet.
