2D Floor Plan Of Modern House Design:
This plan is made by our customer requirements. Basement + Ground Floor + First Floor Plan with two side road North Side and West Side. We have given detailed information about the floor plan:
- Plot Size: N-35’, S-37’6”, E-35’, W-30’3” Feet
- Outer walls: 9 inches
- Inner walls: 4 inches

Basement Plan:
Northside road:
Starting from the main gate by the ramp car comes inside the parking area. The parking area is 275 sq. feet. In the right-side bike parking 178.08 sq. feet. On the front side, there is a door towards the staircase and there is another door from the roadside to come out of the house. The total height of the basement is 10’ feet. In which 4’ feet is below the ground level and 6’ feet are above the ground level.
Staircase:
The staircase covers a total area of 15’x6’ feet. These stairs are also called Dog Legged staircase. Dog legged staircase is the most economical staircase. In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread.
Ground Floor Plan:
By staircase, we come on the ground floor living room.
Living Room:
The size of a living room is 17’6”x11’2” feet. The living room has three doors 1-Door from basement parking directly in the living room, 2-Door from the west side towards the gallery, and 3-Door we can directly enter the living room from a west side road. The living room has one window. We can change the size of the window as per our requirement. After the living room, there is the dining area.
Dining area:
The dining area is 8’6”x10’ feet. It has one window. On the right side of the dining area there is a master bedroom.
Master Bedroom:
The size of the Master Bedroom is 12’X10’ feet. The master bedroom has one window. There is an attached toilet bathroom to the master bedroom of size 4’x7’6” feet. On the left side of the dining area, there is a kitchen.
Kitchen:
The size of the kitchen is 8’x9’ feet. The kitchen has one window. There are two doors one towards the wash area and the next on the east side towards the open space. On the left side only next there is the w.c bath area.
W.C. and Bath Area:
W.C size is 4’x3’ feet and the bathroom size is 7’X3’6” feet. After the w.c and bath area, there is the bedroom.
Bedroom:
The size of the bedroom is 11’X9’ feet. The bedroom has one window.
First Floor Plan:
By staircase, we come on the first-floor porch.
Porch:
The porch is 302.8 square feet. In the right side corner, there is a master bedroom.
Master Bedroom:
The size of the Master Bedroom is 10’X10’ feet. The master bedroom has one window. There is an attached toilet bathroom to the master bedroom of size 3’6”x10’ feet. Behind the master bedroom, there is a living room.
Living Room:
The size of the living room is 10’x10’ feet. It has one window. We can change the size of the window as per our requirement. On the left side of the living room, there is a kitchen.
Kitchen:
The size of the kitchen is 8’x10’ feet. The kitchen has one window. On the left side only next there is the w.c bath area.
W.C. and Bath Area:
W.C size is 4’x3’3” feet and the bathroom size is 7’X3’6” feet. After the w.c and bath area, there is the bedroom.
Bedroom:
The size of the bedroom is 11’X10’ feet. The bedroom has one window. And it has another towards the gallery.
