Here we brought a new 20X20 G+1 Small House Design for you. It means the total area is 400 sq. feet (44 guz). This plan is made by our expert civil engineers by considering ventilation and all privacy.

In this 20X20 G+1 Small House Plan, exterior walls are of 9 inch and interior walls are of 4 inches. When you start from the main gate, there is a parking area which is 10’2×6’2” feet. In the parking area, there is the staircase.

Stair Case:

In this 20X20 G+1, Small House Design The total area covered by the staircase is 9’8”x6’2” feet.  Below the staircase, we can park the bikes.

These are also called a Dog Legged staircase. Dog legged staircase is the most economical staircase. In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread.

GROUND FLOOR PLAN OF 20X20 G+1 SMALL HOUSE DESIGN :

Living Room:

In this 20×20 Small House Design, The main door of the living room is 3’x7′ feet. The inner size of a living room is 10’x12’ feet.

It has two windows of different sizes we can increase or decrease the sizes of windows by our requirements. The left side of the living room there is a common toilet bath.

Common Toilet Bath:

In this 20X20 G+1, Small House Plan Common toilet bath size is 4’10”x3’ 4” feet. And one ventilator is given for ventilation purposes. Besides the common toilet bath and left side of the parking area, there is a kitchen.

Kitchen:

The kitchen size is 8’x6’6” feet. It has one window we can increase or decrease the size of the window by our requirement. On the backside of a common toilet bath, there is a bedroom.

Bedroom:

In this 1bhk house plan, The size of the bedroom is 8’2” X8’ feet, and the bedroom has one window.

FIRST FLOOR PLAN OF 20X20 G+1 SMALL HOUSE DESIGN :

By staircase when we come on the first floor. In the left side, there is sit out area size 8’5”x6’7” feet. Behind the sit-out area, there is a common toilet bath.

Common Toilet Bath:

Common toilet bath size is 4’10”x3’8” feet. And one ventilator is given for ventilation purpose. The backside of the common toilet bath there is bedroom 1.

Bedroom 1:

The size of bedroom 1 is 8’2” X8’feet, and the bedroom has one window we can increase or decrease the size of the window by our requirement. The right side of bedroom 1 there is bedroom 2.

Bedroom 2:

The size of bedroom 2 is 10’X12’ feet, and bedroom 2 has two windows we can increase or decrease the size of windows by our requirements.
