It means the total area is 1,034sq. feet (116 guz). This plan is made by our expert Civil Engineers by considering ventilation and all privacy.
In this Small House Design. (1 Bedroom House Plan), We took outer walls of 9 inch and inner walls are 4 inches. All sides are covered by other properties, and we have only a west-facing road. When you start from the main gate, there is a parking area in which the total parking area is 8’11”×13’ feet. The left side of parking there is the staircase. This is the Small House Plan because of its small sizes.
Stair Case:
In this Small House Plan. (1 Bedroom House Design), the total area covered by the staircase is 6’4”x14’ feet. These are also called Dog Legged staircase. Dog Legged staircase is the most economical staircase. In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread.
Living Room:
In this 22×47 Small House Plan. (1 Bedroom House Design), The main door of the living room is 4’x7′ feet. We can increase or decrease the size of the door according to our requirement. The inner size of a living room is 10’9”x14’ feet. The living room has one window of 6’x4′ feet, We can increase or decrease the size of the window by our requirements. Then on the right side, there is a kitchen.
Kitchen:
In this 22×47 Small House Plan. (1 Bedroom House Plan). There is a kitchen in the backside of the parking area; size is 9’5”x11’ feet and there is a storeroom attached to the kitchen; size is 5’x5’ feet. The kitchen has one window size is 5’X4’ feet. We can increase or decrease the size by your requirement. Behind the kitchen, there is a W.C. bath.
W.C. and Bath:
In this Small House Design. (1 Bedroom House Plan) Size of W.C. is 4’x4’ feet and behind the W.C. there is a duct provided for the ventilation purpose. The backside of duct there is Bathroom size is 6’4” X4’ feet. In the left side, there is the Master Bedroom.
Master Bedroom:
The size of the Master Bedroom is 11’9” X12’6” feet. The master bedroom has one window; we can increase or decrease the size of the window by our requirement. There is an attached toilet bathroom in the backside to the master bedroom size is 6’6”x4’feet. And there is another door in the backside to the bedroom. This is called a 1 bedroom house plan because there is only 1 bedroom.
