It means the total area is 1664 sq. feet (186 guz). This plan is made by our expert civil engineers by considering ventilation and all privacy.
In this 32×52 Three Bedroom House Plan, exterior walls are of 9 inch and interior walls are of 4 inches. All sides are covered by other properties.
When you start from the main gate, there is a parking area that is 19’2″x13’10” feet. On the left side of parking 4’10” feet space has left for a small garden.
On the backside of the parking, there is the staircase. This plan consists of three bedrooms that’s why it is called 3 bedroom house plan.
Staircase:
The total area covered by the staircase is 10’11”x6’2” feet. These are also called a Dog Legged staircase. Dog-legged staircase is the most economical staircase. In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread.

Main Entry:
When we enter on the verandah, the right side of the verandah there is a staircase and on the left side there is the guest room, then we enter in our living room.
Guest Room:
In the North-East corner of the house, there is a guest room. The size of the guest room is 11’x10’6” feet and it has attached toilet bath of size 7’6”x4’6” feet and dressing area of 3’6”x4’6” feet. The guest room has two windows.
Living Room:
In this 32×52 Three Bedroom House Plan, The main door of the living room is 4’x7′ feet. The inner size of a living room is 15’6”x12’ feet. At the right side (West) of the living room, It has a space left of 3’, And it has a window of 6’x4′ feet. At the left side of the living room, there is a W.C. bath area.
W.C. Bath Area:
W.C size is 4’x3’8” feet and bathroom size is 8’x4’6” feet. Backside of the living room there is bedroom 1.
Bedroom 1:
The size of the bedroom 1 is 13’6” X10’6” feet, and the bedroom has two windows of which we can increase or decrease the size. The left side of bedroom 1 there is the dining area.
Dining Area:
The size of the dining area is 13’4” x10’6” feet. The dining area has one window.
Kitchen:
In this 32×52 Three Bedroom House Plan. In the South-East corner of the house. There is a kitchen of 10’x10’ feet. There is another door in the kitchen towards the wash area. The kitchen has one window. The right side of the kitchen there is bedroom 2.
Bedroom 2:
The size of the bedroom 2 is 13’6” X10’ feet, the bedroom has one window. There is another door on the west side of the bedroom for the open gallery for ventilation purpose.
