50×40 3 floor house plan in 2000 square feet:
Ground floor plan:
In this ground floor plan of 50*40 3 story house plan, a parking porch is given at the right side corner. The area of this parking porch is 10’6”X14’9” sq ft.
in this porch area the verandah is made for the entrance into the house.
In this three-floor home plan, the living hall is provided in 20’2”X11’ sq ft area on the ground floor. 5’6” feet wide pooja room is right of the living hall.
The attached toilet and bath blocks are also made inside from the living room in 4’6”X6’11” sq ft area. On the left side, dining is made in 11’5”X8’9” sq ft area.

The Master bedroom is made at top left corner which is in 11’5”X12’6” sq ft area. It has attached toilet and bath from inside in 4’X7’ sq ft area.

In this first floor house plan, at backside three bedrooms are given which has same size as like ground floor bedrooms.
But in this 3BHK home plan, the master bedroom has 2 feet wide balcony beside it.
In this 3 Bedroom home, the front of the master bedroom dining room is given and in front of this kitchen is made with an adjacent wash area. This home features also the same size as ground floor plan.

Through the staircase, you can enter on this second floor. On this second floor, two 2BHK houses are created according to rent basis.
At the foremost of the staircase, a passage is made to move inside this 2BHK home.
Front of the passage, there is a way for 2BHK home. In this 2BHK home plan, hall is given in 11’7”X7’8” sq ft area.

An attached toilet is made in 4’6”X6’11” sq ft space. You can enter this attached toilet from the hall of this 2BHK house.
