Main Entry:
When we enter the main door there is a verandah, then we enter our living room.
Living Room:
In this 1200 sq ft house plan, The size of the living room is 13’x13’ feet. It has one window. We can change the size of the window as per our requirement. On the right side of the living room, there is the kitchen.

Kitchen:
In the South-East corner of the house. There is a kitchen size is 10’2”x11’3” feet and it has two windows. The kitchen has another door towards the wash area. On the left side of the kitchen, there is a w.c bath area.
W.C. Bath Area:
W.C size is 4’4”x4’2” feet and the bathroom size is 6’7.5” X4’ feet. There is an open duct in between w.c and bath for ventilation purposes. On the right side of the w.c bath area, there is the staircase.
Stair Case:
The total area covered by the staircase is 10’6”x6’ feet. These are also called Dog Legged staircase. Dog legged staircase is the most economical staircase. In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread. On the backside of the staircase, there is a master bedroom.
Master Bedroom:
In this 25*46 house plan, The size of the Master Bedroom is 10’4.5” X8’8” feet. It has two windows. There is an attached toilet bathroom to the master bedroom 3’6”x6’ feet. Behind the attached toilet bathroom open duct is given for ventilation purposes. The master bedroom has another door in the backside towards the open space.
