30×52 4bhk Modern House Plan in 1560 sq ft:
Entering the gate in the left side there are a garden of 5’1” feet. On the right side verandah is given 8’8”x5’8” feet to enter the house and behind it there is the staircase.

Stair Case:
The total area covered by the staircase is 10’5”x6’4” feet. These are also called Dog Legged staircase.
Dog legged staircase is the most economical staircase. In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread. On the left side of the verandah, there is the guest room.
Guest Room:
The size of the guest room is 13’x13’feet and it has an attached toilet bath of size 3’6”x6’feet. The guest room has one window. Now we will enter in the living room.

Living Room:
The size of the living room is 18’9”x13’ feet. The living room has two windows. We can increase or decrease the size of the window by our requirement. On the left side of the living room, there is kitchen-cum-dining area.
Kitchen-cum-dining area:
The size of kitchen-cum-dining area is 14’x10’6” feet. It has another door towards the wash area. After the kitchen-cum-dining area there is w.c bath area.
W.C. Bath Area:
W.C size is 3’x4’ feet and the bathroom’s size is 7’X4’ feet. On the right side of the w.c bath area, there is the bedroom.
Bedroom:
The size of the bedroom is 11’X13’ feet. The bedroom has one window. On the backside of this bedroom, there is another bedroom.
Bedroom:
The size of the bedroom is 12’X13’ feet. The bedroom has one window. It has another door towards the passage. On the left side of the bedroom, there is the master bedroom.
Master Bedroom:
The size of master bedroom is 7’4” X10’8” feet. It has one window. There is an attached toilet bathroom to the master bedroom which is 3’6”x7’feet. The backside of the attached toilet bathroom open duct is given for ventilation purpose
