Stair Case:
In this 25×50 3 bedroom house plan, The total area covered by the staircase is 11’10”x6’3” feet. These are also called Dog Legged staircase. Dog-legged staircase is the most economical staircase. In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread. Verandah is given to enter the house.
Living Room:
The size of the living room is 11’4”x14’ feet. The living room has two windows. We can increase or decrease the size of the window by our requirement. After the living room, there is a wash area.
Wash Area:
The size of the wash area is 8’9”x3’ feet. On the right side of the wash area, there is the kitchen.

The size of the kitchen is 11’9×10’3” feet. The kitchen has one window. On the left side of the kitchen, there is the bedroom.
Bedroom:
The size of the bedroom is 11’5” X11’ feet. The bedroom has one window. On the right side of the bedroom, there is a common w.c bath area.
W.C. Bath Area:
W.C size is 3’x4’ feet and the bathroom’s size is 7’X4’ feet. In the backside open duct is given for ventilation purposes. On the right side of the w.c bath area, there is a master bedroom.
Master Bedroom:
The size of master bedroom is 11’5” X11’ feet. It has one window. There is an attached toilet bathroom to the master bedroom which is 6’x3’5” feet. On the backside of the attached toilet bathroom, there is an open duct for ventilation purposes. On the right side of the master bedroom, there is the bedroom.

Bedroom:
