Let’s see the ground floor first,
Ground floor plan:
In this ground floor plan, the verandah is made at the front for the entrance into the house. This verandah is given in 7’5”X6’2” sq ft size with some stairs.
Through the verandah you can access the living hall of this double story building. This large size living hall is made in 14’2”X17’6” sq ft space.

In this 30×40 2 story house plan, staircases are provided within the living hall. These dog-legged staircases are made on this ground floor to move towards the nest floor and terrace area. It has 3’6” feet wide landing in between the two flights.
In this 1200 sq ft house plan, 7’4”X12’10” sq ft area is made at center for dining purpose and this area is made according to easy orientation into the entire house. Beside the living hall, at left side bedroom is given in 12’x14’ Sq ft area.
In this 30*40 sq ft 2D plan, common toilet is made at left of the dining area. The size of this common toilet is given in 4’6”X7’6” sq ft area. Adjacent to it, wash area is created for kitchen which is in 4’6”X5’ sq ft area. In this house plan, kitchen is given in 7’10”X13’ sq ft area.

First floor plan:
You can access this first floor by the dog-legged staircase provided at ground floor. Through this staircase you enter the 12’9”X7’8” sq ft area.
On this first floor plan, four bedrooms are provided. Including this 4 bedrooms and ground floors 2 bedrooms, this is a 6BHK house plan.
In this double floor bungalow, at right side of staircase block 9’5”X7’ sq ft clear porch is given for natural vibes.
Left side of the staircase, bedroom is given in 12’X14’ sq ft area. This bedroom has 3 feet wide gallery at front side.

In this 6BHK home plan, lobby is created at middle on this floor for orientation inside the house. The size of this lobby is 11’10”X13’2” sq ft given.
Left side of it, the common toilet and bath block is made in 4’6”X7’6” sq ft area. Adjacent to it, a 5 feet wide space is left for the basin area.
In this double story home plan, another bedroom is created at right side of the lobby which is in 11’6”X10’ sq ft area. Adjacent to this bedroom again 11’6”X12’ sq ft master bedroom is provided with 4’4”X8’ sq ft space.
This master bedroom has a backside gallery which is 3 feet wide. Beside this master bedroom again additional one-bedroom is given in 12’X13’ sq ft area.
All the rooms on this double-story house properly ventilated with window and door openings. On both floors tentative column positions also provided.
