30*60 house plan 2 bedroom east facing Vastu with car parking in 1800 square feet:
In this 30*60 east facing house plan, entering from the main gate, there is a big parking area of 21’7”x12’4” feet.
There is a 10’10” feet space has left on the left side of the parking area. From the south side 3’8” feet space has left. And from the west side 2’8” feet space has left. Then we enter the living area.
Living Room:
The size of the living room is 12’x14’ feet. The living room has one window. On the left side of the living room, there is the dining area.

Dining area:
The dining area is of 12’2”x11’ feet. It has one window. We can change the size of the windows by our requirements. In the dining, area a staircase is given.
StairCase:
The staircase of this 30×60 2bhk house plan starts from the dining room to the outside of the house in the south direction. In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser.
The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread. Verandah is given to enter the house. Front side there is the kitchen.
Kitchen:
In this 30 by 60 house plan 2bhk, The kitchen is in the south-east corner of the house. The size of the kitchen is 12’2”x10’ feet and it has two windows.
