Here we have given detailed information about the plan:
32×45 house plan 2 bedrooms East-facing Vastu:
- Total area: 1440 sq. feet (175 guz)
- Outer walls: 9 inches
- Inner walls: 4 inches
Starting from the main gate, there is a bike parking area which is 16’7”×9’2” feet. On the right side of the parking area, there is a lawn size is 9’3”x7’4” feet.
And the size of the verandah is 11’4”x4’ feet. Then we enter the living room. Backside [west] of the living room there is an open space of 2’8” feet. This 20*30 house plan is also the best 1bhk west-facing house plan if you want to construct the house in 600 square feet with car parking.
Living Room:
In this 32×45 2bhk House Plan. The main door of the living room is 4’x7′ feet. The size of the living room is 11’x13’feet.
It has two windows. We can change the size of the windows as per our requirements. In front of the living room, there is the lobby. This 30×40 house plan east facing is also best if you want to build the house in 1200 sq ft.
Lobby:
The size of the lobby is 8’10”x8’8” feet. On the left side of the lobby, there is a common w.c bath area.
Common W.C. Bath Area:
W.C size is 4’x4’feet and the bathroom size is 7’X4’ feet. The duct is given in the backside of w.c for ventilation purposes. On the left side of the living room, there is a kitchen with a pooja room.
Kitchen:
In this 32×45 2bhk House Plan in the South-East corner of the house. There is a kitchen of size 11’x11’ feet. It has one window. in the kitchen pooja room is given size is 4’10”x7’4” feet. And it has one window. On the right side of the lobby there is the staircase.
Stair Case:
In this 2BHK house plan, The total area covered by the staircase is 6’4”x14’9” feet. These are also called as Dog Legged staircases.
Dog legged staircase is the most economical staircase. In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread. On the backside of the staircase, there is the bedroom.
Bedroom:
The size of the bedroom is 11’x11’feet. It has one window. The bedroom has another door on the west side of the open space. On the left side of the bedroom, there is the master bedroom.
Master Bedroom:
The size of the master bedroom is 11’X11’ feet and it has one window. The master bedroom has another door towards the gallery of 2’8” feet. The master bedroom has an attached toilet bathroom size is 4’10’x7’8” feet.
