Here we have given detailed information about this 25×46 four-bedroom house plan:
- Total area: 1150 sq. feet (140 guz)
- Outer walls: 9 inches
- Inner walls: 4 inches
Starting from the main gate, there is a parking area that is 7’7”×8’8” feet. On the left side of the parking area, there is a verandah size is 6’3”x8’8” feet and on the verandah, there is a staircase.
Stair Case:
The total area covered by the staircase is 11’3”x6’2” feet. These are also called Dog Legged staircase. Dog legged staircase is the most economical staircase. In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread.
Living Room:
The size of the living room is 11’7”x11’ feet. The living room has two windows. We can increase or decrease the size of the window by our requirement. On the left side of the living room, there is bedroom 1.
Bedroom 1:
The size of bedroom 1 is 11’7X10’ feet. The bedroom has two windows. There is a W.C. Bath area on the left side of bedroom 1.
Common W.C. Bath Area:
W.C size is 4’x4’feet and the bathroom size is 7’X4’ feet. Also, there is a kitchen on the left side of the W.C. Bath area.
Kitchen:
The kitchen size is 11’7”x8’ feet. It has one window. On the right side of the kitchen, there is bedroom 2.

Bedroom 2:
The size of bedroom 1 is 11’7” X9’ feet. The bedroom has one window. On the backside of bedroom 2, there is a master bedroom.
Master Bedroom:
The size of the master bedroom is 11’7” X11’ feet and it has two windows. The master bedroom has an attached toilet bathroom size is 7’x3’6” feet. On the right side of the master bedroom, there is bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3:
The size of bedroom 4 is 11’7” X11’ feet and it has two windows.
