The size of the parking area is 10’3”x13’2” feet. In the parking, there is a staircase.
Stair Case:
In this 40×25 house plan, The total area covered by the staircase is 6’3”x13’2” feet. These are also called as Dog Legged staircase.
The dog-legged staircase is the most economical staircase. In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread. Then we enter in the living room.
Living Room:
The size of a living room is 15’2”x10’ feet. It has two windows we can increase or decrease the sizes of windows by our requirements. In the living room, there is a pooja room of size 3’3”x6’ feet. After the living room there on the right side only there is a w.c bath area.

W.C. Bath Area:
W.C size is 3’x3’10” feet and the bathroom size is 4’x6’ feet. The backside of w.c open duct is given for ventilation purposes. After the w.c bath area, there is the bedroom.
Bedroom:
The size of the bedroom is 14’X12’6” feet. The bedroom has one window. On the front side of the bedroom, there is a kitchen.
Kitchen:
The size of the kitchen is 9’x9’3” feet. There is another door in the kitchen towards the wash area. The kitchen has one window. After the kitchen, there is a master bedroom.
Master Bedroom:
The size of the master bedroom is 12’X13’2” feet. It has two windows. the master bedroom has an attached toilet bath 7’x4’ feet.
