Here we brought a new 40×50 House Plan for you. This plan is made for two brothers. It means the total area is 2000 sq. feet (224 guz). This plan is made by our expert civil engineers by considering ventilation and all privacy.
In this 40×50 house plan, We took exterior walls are of 9 inches and interior walls are of 4 inches. All sides are covered by other properties.
When you start from the main gate, there is a parking area which is 15’x14’ feet. The left side of parking there is the staircase. It is common for both families.

Staircase:
The staircase covers a total area of 7’x13′10″ feet. These stairs are also called Dog Legged staircase.
Dog legged staircase is the most economical staircase. In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread.
40×50 House plan for brother 1:
Living Room:
In this 40×50 House Plan. The main door of the living room is 4’x7′ feet. The inner size of a living room is 18’11”x12’ feet. The living room has one window. There is another door to the living room towards the staircase. After the living room, there is the lobby.
Lobby:
The size of the lobby is 6’6”x7’4” feet. In the left side of the lobby, there is a W.C. bath area.
W.C. Bath Area:
W.C size is 3’8”x3’feet and bathroom size is 6’x4’feet. The backside of W.C. there is an open duct for ventilation purpose. Behind the W.C. bath area on the left side, there is the bedroom.
Bedroom:
The size of the bedroom is 10’6” X11’feet, and there is one window we can increase and decrease the size of the window according to the requirement. In the right side corner, there is a kitchen with attached storeroom.
Kitchen:
In this 40×50 House Plan. There is a kitchen of size 8’x11’feet. Also, there has attached storeroom to the kitchen. The size of the storeroom is 4’8”x7’4”. The kitchen has another door towards the wash area.
