Importance of directions according to Vastu Shastra:

East direction:
The east direction is indicative of the father’s place (Pitru Sthan). That is why the Father’s (Pitru) worship should be done in this direction. Affected the lord of this direction is Indra Parva. West direction:

North direction :

South Direction:

Northeast direction:
The angle between the two directions of north and east (corner), That is the northeast direction. Northeast in all four directions, This direction is considered holy. So worship this direction considered auspicious in matters of Sadhana, Vidyajan, writing etc. According to Vastu Shastra, The northeast corner provides wisdom, knowledge, discernment patience, the courage to man. So keep this corner of the house clean and holy.
Southeast direction:
The angle between the two directions, south and east (corner), That is the Southeast direction. According to Vastu Shastra, This direction provides health. In the southeast corner, According to Vastu, If in this direction is dirty, the health of the people in the house deteriorates. This direction is beneficial to keep things like electrical and fire equipment as well as iron, etc.
Southwest direction:
The angle between the two directions, south and west (corner), That is the Southwest direction. According to Vastu Shastra, This direction is the destructor of the enemy.
Northwest direction:
The angle between the two directions, north and west (corner), That is the Southwest direction. It is to be said that, This direction is auspicious. This direction provides, longevity, health and strength. Northwest direction should always be clean and holy to get the maximum benefit of this direction. One should clean every corner of the house clean and holy to get the fresh environment into the house.
