The size of the bathroom is 4×7 feet and the size of the W.C. is 4’x4’ feet. Between the W.C. and bath, there is an OTS of 4×3 feet for ventilation.

Master bedroom:
In this 30 feet by 60 feet double floor house plan, The size of the master bedroom is 12’x12’ feet. It has one window.
There is an attached toilet bathroom of 8’4″x4′ feet to the master bedroom.

On the left side of the sit-out area, there is an open terrace of 22×16’4″ feet. And in the open terrace, there is an attached toilet bathroom of 8’4″x4′ feet.
Then, on the right side of the Sit-out area, there is bedroom 2.

Bedroom 2:
In this double floor house plan, the size of bedroom 2 is 10’7″x14’4″ feet. The bedroom has one window.
Bedroom 2 has another door towards the porch of 14’11” feet. On the left side of bedroom 2, there is bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3:
