As it is a double story house plan, It will have separate floor plans for each floor. So let’s see both of them one by one.
Ground Floor Plan:
In this 2 story house plan, exterior walls are 9 inch and interior walls are 4 inches. There are two gates, one is on the left side to enter the house, and another is on the right side to enter the shop (Computer room).
Starting from the main gate, there is a 10 feet wide space is left, we can use it as a parking area.
And on the right side of the main gate, there is a garden of 12’6″x15’3″ feet. Just next to the garden, there is a porch of 15’10″x8′ feet. Then there is the main door to enter the living room. And on the right side, there is another door to enter the shop (Computer room).
Computer room (Shop):
In this duplex house plan, the size of the shop is 11×12 feet. Next to the porch, there is the main door to enter the living room of the house.

Living room:
In this 2 story house plan, the size of the living room is 20’9″x12′ feet. The living room has 2 windows. On the right side of the living room, there is bedroom 1.

Bedroom 1:
In this 3bhk double floor house plan, the size of bedroom 1 is 14×12 feet. On the backside of bedroom 1, there is a dining and also a staircase to move on the first floor.
On the left side of dining, there is an open space of 17’10″x12′ feet. And on the left corner, there is a W.C. bath area.

W.C. Bath:
The size of W.C. is 5’10″x4’6″ feet and the size of the bathroom is also 5’10″x4’6″ feet. Between the W.C. and bath, the washbasin of 4 feet wide is given. On the left side, there is bedroom 2.

Bedroom 2:
In this duplex house plan, the size of bedroom 2 is 14×12 feet and bedroom 2 has one window. On the right side of bedroom 2, there is a small pooja room of 4×5 feet.
