Here we brought a new 55×30 Multi Family House Plan (North-East facing) for you. It means the total area is 1650 sq. feet (185 guz). This plan is made by our expert civil engineers by considering ventilation and all privacy.
In this 55×30 Multi Family House Plan, exterior walls are of 9 inch and interior walls are of 4 inches.
There are two gates main gate from the north side size is 8’6”x5’6 feet and small gate from east side size is 6’x5’6” feet. When you start from the main gate, there is a parking area which is 10’6”x14’2” feet. On the left side of the parking area, there is the staircase.
Stair Case:
The total area covered by the staircase is 6’2”x11’2” feet. These are also called a Dog Legged staircase.
Dog legged staircase is the most economical staircase. In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread.
MULTI-FAMILY HOUSE PLAN, EASTSIDE (FAMILY 1):
Main Entry:
In this 55×30 Multi Family House Plan, when you enter from the small gate there is a verandah, on the right side the space left of 5’feet. Then we enter in our living room.
Living Room:
In this 55×30 2 Family House Plan. The main door of the living room is 4’x7′ feet. The size of the living room is 15’x13’9” feet. It has two windows we can increase or decrease the size of windows by our requirement. There is another door to the living room towards the parking area. In the left side, there is a kitchen.
Kitchen:
In this 55×30 Multi Family House Plan, In the South-East corner of the house, There is a kitchen-cum-dining area of 13’2”x14’5” feet. There is another door in the kitchen towards the wash area. And next door towards the open duct. The kitchen has one window. Behind the kitchen, there is a W.C. bath area.
W.C. & Bath Area:
W.C size is 3’6”x4’feet and bathroom size is 4’6” X7’ feet. There is an open duct in the backside of the W.C. bath for ventilation purpose. Then after W.C. bath, there is the bedroom.
Bedroom:
In this 55×30 Multi Family House Plan, The size of the bedroom is 11’X14’ feet, and there is one window we can increase and decrease the size of the window according to the requirement.
MULTI-FAMILY HOUSE PLAN, NORTHSIDE (FAMILY 2):
Living Room:
In this 55×30 Multi Family House Plan. The main door of the living room is 3’6”x7′ feet. The inner size of a living room is 14’3”x10’ feet. It has one window of 6’x4′ feet, we can increase or decrease the size of the window by our requirement. Next of the living room, there is a kitchen.
Kitchen:
In this 55×30 2 Family House Plan. There are a kitchen 10’x8′6” feet. It has one window. And also attached store room size 3’11”x3’5” feet. The backside of the kitchen (east) we have given an open duct for ventilation purpose. Then after the kitchen on the left side, there is the bedroom.

Bedroom:
The size of the bedroom is 11’X14’feet, and it has one window we can increase and decrease the size of the window according to the requirement. In the right side, there is an attached toilet bath.
Attached Toilet Bath:
The size of the attached toilet bath is 4’x7’feet. There is an open duct in the backside of the toilet bath for ventilation purpose.
