In this ground floor plan, at front side 4 feet wide verandah is provided to enter into the house. On the right side 11’6”X10’2” sq ft porch is provided for car parking.
On this 2D floor plan, two bedrooms are provided means it is a 2BHK house plan also. In this simple house plan, living room is made in 16’X16’ sq ft area within this hall staircase are provided to access the next floor.
In this duplex home, beside the living hall 7’X5’ sq ft pooja room is made. The lobby is created for easy orientation inside the house.

Left of this lobby, 8’X13’10” sq ft kitchen is provided which has extra door back of the pooja room. Adjacent to the kitchen, the bathroom block is given in 4’X8’ sq ft area and beside it water closet is made in 4’X6’ sq ft area.
In this two bedroom plan, right side of the lobby these two bedrooms are located. First bedroom is in 10’6”X12’ sq ft area and another is in 11’2”X13’ sq ft area.
All the rooms are properly ventilated in this ground floor plan by providing doors and windows.

In this 1000 sq ft 4 bedroom duplex house plan with car parking, within the living hall staircase are provided to access first floor. Through this staircase you enter on the 4’6” feet wide passage. Beside the staircase some portion is open below to the living hall.
You can access through this passage an open terrace which is made at front area in 11’6”X14’ sq ft space. It has 4 feet wide front gallery also.
This first floor plan is drawn according to 2BHK home concept which is same as like ground floor in size. You can use both the floors for two brothers.
