In this 2 story house plan, exterior walls are 9 inch and interior walls are 4 inches. Starting from the main gate, there is a car parking area of 12’6″x17’3″ feet and on the right side, there is the verandah.
After entering the verandah, there is a staircase of 6’12” feet wide on the right side to go on the first floor. And just next to the verandah, there is the main door to enter the living room of the house.
Living room:
In this ground floor plan of this 2 story building, the size of the living room is 20×14 feet and it has 2 windows. After the living room, there is an open passage of 13’x6’8″ feet and then, there is the kitchen.

Master bedroom 1:
In this ground floor plan of this G+1 house plan, the size of master bedroom 1 is 12×10 feet and it has one window. It also has an attached toilet bath of size 12×4’2″ feet.

Just right to the staircase, there is the main door to enter the house of the first family. When we enter the main door, there is a lobby of 8’6″x7’9″ feet.
On the right side of the lobby, there is the door to enter the living room.

Living room:
In this rent-purpose house plan, the size of the living room is 16×14 feet and it has one window. After the living room, there is a kitchen.
Kitchen:
In this north facing house plan, the size of the kitchen is 8×10 feet and it has one window. There is a wash area of 4’2″x4’2″ feet on the backside of the kitchen.
On the left side of the kitchen, there is a common toilet bath.
Common toilet bath:
The size of the W.C. is 3’6″x4’2″ feet and the size of the bathroom is 4’4″x7’6″ feet and between the W.C. bath, there is an open space for a washbasin.
