In this 2000 square feet 2-floor house plan, the interior walls are 4 inches and exterior walls are 9 inches. There are 2 main gates, one is for car parking.

Starting from the main gate, there is a car parking area of 13×17 feet and on the right site, there is a garden of 21 feet wide.

Between the parking and garden, there is the verandah. On the verandah, there is the main door to enter the house. And then, there is the open passage of 6×14 feet.

On the left side of the passage, there is the drawing-room.

Drawing room:

 

In this duplex house plan, the size of the drawing-room is 13×18 feet and it has one window. On the left side of the passage, there is master bedroom 1.

This house plan has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor all of these are master bedrooms.

Master bedroom 1:

 

In this 33×63 house plan, the size of master bedroom 1 is 12’7″x14′ feet and it has 2 windows. Master bedroom 1 also has an attached toilet bath of 6’x3’8″ feet. On the right side of the master bedroom 1, 4 feet space has left for ventilation.

Just next to the open passage, there is the hall.

Hall:

 

In this 2000 square feet duplex house plan, the size of the hall is 11’6″x12 feet and on the left side of the hall, there is the staircase to go on the first floor.
