20×60 3bhk single floor house plan In 1200 Square Feet:
Starting from the main gate, on the right side 5’X4’6” sq ft water closet is made outside the home. Verandah is made to enter inside the house.
Besides this verandah, staircases are provided to access the terrace area. The area beneath the staircase can be used for bike parking.
Let’s go inside the house through verandah. Front there is a passage made which is in 7’9”X11’ sq ft area. From this passage, behind there is a living room is given in 10’X14’ sq ft area.
Right of the passageway, the sanitary block is provided in which bathroom is given in 6’7”X3’6” sq ft space and water closet (toilet) is made in 3’4”X3’8” sq ft area. Besides it OTS is given for ventilation.
In this rectangular 3bhk house plan, left side of the passage, the kitchen is given. This kitchen occupies the 6’2”X10’ sq ft area in this plan.
