In this 25×40 2 bedroom house plan(east-facing), we took outer walls of 9 inch and inner walls are 4 inches. All sides are covered by other properties and, we have only an east-facing road.
When we start from the main gate, there is a parking area in which the total parking area is 10’× 12’8” feet. In the parking area, there is a staircase.

Staircase:
These stairs are called as C-shaped or U-shaped staircases. In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser.
The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread.

Living Room:
This 25 by 40 house plan has a living room with size 13’4”x11’8” feet. The main door of the living room is 4’x7′ feet.
The room has one window. We can increase or decrease the size of the door according to our needs. We can increase or decrease the size of the window by our requirement.
Then on the left side of the living room, there is a W.C. bath area.

There is another door in the kitchen-cum-dining area towards the wash area. It has one window we can increase or decrease the size of the window by our requirement.
