30×40 2Bhk North Facing House Vastu Plan In 1200 Square Feet:
- Total area: 1200 sq. feet (146 guz)
- Outer walls: 9 inches
- Inner walls: 4 inches
Starting from the main gate, there is a parking area that is 15’4”×13’ feet. On the left side of the parking area, there is the staircase.

StairCase:
The total area covered by the staircase is 6’6”x13’7” feet. These are also called a Dog Legged staircases. Dog-legged staircase is the most economical staircase.
In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread.

Main Entry:
When we enter the main door there is a verandah, then we enter in our living room.
Living-cum-Dining:
In this 30*40 House Plan, The main door of the living room is 4’x7′ feet. The size of the living room is 12’9”x14’4.5” feet. It has two windows. We can change the size of the windows as per our requirements.
Backside (East) of living-cum-dining there is space left of 2’2”. On the right side of living-cum-dining there is the bedroom.

Bedroom:
The size of the bedroom is 12’10” X11’ feet. The bedroom has two windows. After the bedroom on the right side only there is common w.c bath.
Common Toilet Bath:
The size common toilet bath is 7’x4’feet. There is an open duct in the backside of a common toilet bath for ventilation purposes.
After the common toilet bath in the right side only there is the master bedroom.

Master Bedroom:
In the South-West corner of the house, there is the master bedroom. The size of the Master Bedroom is 10’2.5” X12’8” feet. It has one window.
There is an attached toilet bathroom to the master bedroom which is 4’x7’feet. There is another door in the bedroom towards the utility. On the left side of the master bedroom there is a kitchen.

Kitchen:
18×40 House Plan in the South-East corner of the house. There is a kitchen of 9’x10’feet and it has one window. There is another door in the kitchen towards the wash area.
