In this 20×50 house plan, exterior walls are of 9 inch and interior walls are of 4 inches. Other sides are covered by other properties. Start from the main gate we see there is bike parking area 6’1”x12’6” feet.
There is no car parking given because of the small plot area. On the right side of bike parking there is the staircase. When we step on the veranda there is the staircase.

In this 1000 square feet house plan, The total area covered by the staircase is 8’6”x8’8”feet. These staircases are called as U-Shaped or C-Shaped staircase.

In this 20 by 50 house plan, At the entrance of the hall first, there is veranda. Then we enter the living room.
