50×45 house plan:

In this 50×45 house plan, There are two gates small gate and the main gate. Entering the main gate there is a parking area of size 9’5”x15’7” feet. There is 2’6” feet space has left from the north side, and 1’6” feet from west side. And also on the south side there is a beautiful garden. Then the veranda is given of size 15’1”x4’9” feet from where we can enter the house.

Living-cum-Dining:

The size of living-cum-dining area is 23’4”x15’ feet. It has two windows. On the right side of living-cum-dining there is a storeroom.

Store Room:

The size of the storeroom is 6’7”x10’ feet. On the left side of living-cum-dining there is a kitchen.

Kitchen:

In this 50×45 house plan, The size of the kitchen is 12’x9’6” feet. It has two windows. On the backside of the kitchen there is another door towards the open space. On the front side of the kitchen, there is the guest room.

Guest Room:

The size of guest room is 13’x10’ feet. The guest room has one window. Back side of living-cum-dining there is staircase.

Stair Case:

The total area covered by the staircase is 6’6”x10’ feet. These are also called as Dog Legged staircase.

Dog legged staircase is the most economical staircase. In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread. Right side of staircase there is common attached toilet bath.

Types of staircase

Attached Toilet Bath:

The size of attached toilet bathroom is 4’6”x7’6” feet. In the right side [north side] of attached toilet bathroom there is bedroom.

Bedroom:

In this 50×45 2 bedroom house plan, The size of bedroom is 13’X15’ feet. The bedroom has one window. left side of staircase there is master bedroom.

Master Bedroom:

The size of master bedroom is 14’X15’ feet. It has one window. There is an attached toilet bathroom to the master bedroom which is 5’x7’6” feet and the size of changing room is 5’x3’10” feet.
