Our plans and designs help a lot of people to build their dream homes. Today we brought a new 27×45 South Facing house plan for you. It means the total area is 1,215sq. feet (136 guz). This plan is made by our expert civil engineers by considering ventilation and all privacy.
In this plan, We took outer walls of 9 inch and inner walls are 4 inches. All sides are covered by other properties, and we have only a north-facing road.
When you start from the main gate, there is a bike parking area in which the total parking area is 11’1”× 8’ feet. And on the right side of the parking area 2’6” feet space is left.
Living Room.
In this 27×45 South Facing House Plan, The main door of the living room is 4’x7′ feet. We can increase or reduce the size of the door according to our needs. The inner size of a living room is 12’x12’7″ feet.
The living room has one window of 6’x4′ feet, We can increase or reduce the size of windows by our requirements. Then we enter in W.C. bath area.
Attached W.C. Bath.
The attached water closet and bathroom size is 7’X5’5” feet. There is an open duct in the right side of the attached w.c/bath for ventilation purposes. On the left side of the W.C. bath, there is a bedroom.
Bedroom.
The size of the bedroom is 10’4” X12’8” feet, and there are two windows size is 5’X4’feet. We can also increase and decrease the size of the window according to the requirement. Behind the bedroom on the east side, there is the staircase.
Staircase.
The staircase covers a total area of 10’7’x6′4″ feet. These stairs are also called Dog Legged staircase. Dog Legged staircase is the most economical staircase. In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread.
Kitchen.
In our 2 bedroom house plan, There is a small kitchen of 10’4”x11′8” feet. In the South-East corner of the house. There is another door in the kitchen towards the wash area. The kitchen has two windows size is 4’X3’feet.
We can increase or reduce the size and the number of windows by our requirements. We can access to the kitchen from only the living room. On the right side kitchen, there is a master bedroom.
Master Bedroom.
The size of Master Bedroom is 12’X10’8” feet. We can enter the master bedroom from the living room. The master bedroom has one window.
we can increase or reduce the size of the window by our requirements. There is an attached toilet bathroom on the west of the duct in the master bedroom which is 7’x4’ feet. And the master bedroom has a door on the backside of the bedroom.
