Approximately 1000 sq ft is a new 2 BHK house plan built on 25X40 square feet of land area. This 2 bedroom house is actually built on an area of 25’0″X40’0″ square feet.
This 1000 square feet 2D house plan is made by our home planner in which the concept of 2 BHK house is provided. We are also showing simple 3D interior cut sections of this plan for the basic knowledge of the 3D view.
This is a west facing house plan, now let’s look at the details of the house plan with all the dimensions.
There is a road on front side of this 2 BHK house. The main gate of this house is 8 feet wide. There is a parking area in front which is given in 11’11”X14’ square feet. The parking area is big, in which one car can be comfortably parked.

In this 25*40 sq ft house plan, a verandah is made next to the parking which is 4’0’X5’3” square feet. Beside the verandah, Staircase is provided in quarter shape to move towards the first floor. Through main door we enter in Hall which is given in size 12’X14’2” square feet. It has window installations for free air circulation. Next to the hall, Kitchen is provided to south-east corner which is in 12’X7’ square feet. We can also place worship area in kitchen.
In this 25/40 sq ft house design, left side of the hall, 3 feet wide passage is given. Through this passage, at right side Master bedroom is given in 11’2”X11’5” sq ft area. This master bedroom has 7’10”X4’ sq ft attached toilet block. It has balcony at backside which is in 11’1”X4’4” sq ft area.
In this 25X40 sq ft house plan, a small bedroom is provided at foremost side which is in 11’2’X9’ sq ft area. Between both the bedrooms Common toilet and bath block is provided in which bath is given in 5’X4’6” sq ft area and toilet is in 4’X3’6” sq ft area. Back of the bathroom, a duct is given which is 2’10”X3’8” square feet for ventilation purpose. This plan has maintained privacy and easy circulation in house And it has window and door installations for proper air circulation inside the house.
