In this 2 storey house design, two gates are given one is on the left side and the next gate is on the right side for parking the car. 3’feet space is left from the south side and 2’feet from the west side.
Parking Area:
In this 2 storey house design, The size of the parking area is 12’11”x13’4” feet. On the left side, there is the staircase and there one door is also given to enter the house.
Stair Case:
The total area covered by the staircase is 6’2”x12’6” feet. These are also called as Dog Legged staircase. Dog legged staircase is the most economical staircase.
In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread.

In this ground floor plan of 2 storey house design, At the right side of the small gate when we enter there is a porch size 11’6”x7’8” feet. Verandah size 5’10”x3’ feet. When we enter the house there is the lobby.

In this 32×53 G+1 house plan, The lobby size is 4’x4’6” feet. The right side of the lobby there is the living hall.
Living Hall:
The size of the living room is 10’8”x15’ feet. It has two windows of 6’x4′ feet, we can increase or decrease the size of the window by our requirement. After the living room, there is space left of 3’feet for washbasin. The left side of the living room there is a kitchen.
Kitchen:
The kitchen size is 9’6”x10’ feet. It has two windows. Next, there is the dining area.
Dining Area:
The size of the dining area is 16’6”x8’ feet it has another door towards the wash area. The right side of the dining area there is a common toilet bath.
Common Toilet Bath:
The common toilet bath size is 7’x4’ feet. And one ventilator is given for ventilation purposes. Backside there is bedroom 1.
Bedroom 1:
The size of bedroom 1 is 13’X12’ feet, and the bedroom has two windows. The left side of bedroom 1 there is bedroom 2.
Bedroom 2:
The size of bedroom 2 is 12’6” X13’ feet, and the bedroom has two windows.
