Today we brought a new house plan. This 2 story house design and 2 story house plan is made by our expert floor planners and architects team.
This 2 story house design contains the 20×60 G+1 2 story house plan and its 3D front elevation design.

So firstly let’s see the 2 story house plan which is the 2D floor plan. In this 2 story house design, the ground-floor house plan and first-floor house plan is the same.
Only the staircase is on the front side of the house. One floor can use one family and another floor is another family.
So, this plan we also called a two-family house plan. We also use the first floor as a rent purpose or other family so this 2 story house plan is also called a 2 family house plan or two brother’s house plan.

2D Floor Plan: 2 story house design
In this 2 story house plan total area is large but we have constructed 26×60 G+1 (190 guz area) with a north-facing road. This house plan has a north-facing road so, this can be called a north-facing house plan. This plan is made by our customer requirements. We have given detailed information about the floor plan:
- Construction area: 1560 sq. feet
- Outer walls: 9 inches
- Inner walls: 4 inches

Entering the gate there is a parking area space for gardening the size is 8’x25’4” feet. On the right side, there are a veranda 6’6” feet. On the left side of the veranda, there is the staircase.
Staircase:
The staircase covers a total area of 10’5×6’2” feet. These stairs are also called Dog Legged staircase. Dog legged staircase is the most economical staircase. In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread. Then we are going to enter in our living room.
Living Room:
The main door of the living room is 4’x7′ feet. The size of a living room is 13’x14’8” feet. The living room has two windows. We can change the size of the window as per our requirements. On the left side of the living room, there is the bedroom. As this is the 3BHk 2 story house plan so there are 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom:
The size of the bedroom is 11’2”x12’feet. It has two windows. After the bedroom, there is the dining area.
Dining area:
Dining area is 8’x11’2” feet. It has one window. Right side of dining area there is master bedroom.
Master Bedroom:
The size of Master Bedroom is 9’6X12’feet. The master bedroom has one window. There is an attached toilet bathroom to the master bedroom of size 7’x4’feet. On the left side of master bedroom there is w.c bath area.
W.C. and Bath Area:
W.C size is 4’x4’feet and bathroom size is 7’X4’ feet. In between the master bedroom and w.c bath area there is lobby. Backside (south side) of w.c bath area there is kitchen.
Kitchen:
The size of kitchen is 11’2”x10’feet. The kitchen has one window. There is door towards the wash area. In the right side of kitchen, there is master bedroom. According to Vastu shastra, the best position of the kitchen is the south-east corner of the plot so, we also take the position according to Vastu shastra. Therefore this house plan, we also called as Vastu house plan.
Master Bedroom:
The size of Master Bedroom is 13’X12’feet. The master bedroom has one window. There is an attached toilet bathroom to the master bedroom of size 4’x7’feet.
First Floor Plan: 2 story house design
In this 1500 sq ft 2 story house plan and 2 story house design, By staircase when we come on the first floor in the right side there are balcony 6’6” feet. Then we enter the living room.

Living Room:
The main door of the living room is 4’x7′ feet. The size of a living room is 13’x14’8” feet. The living room has two windows. We can change the size of window as per our requirement. Next door in the living room is towards the open terrace. Left side of living room there is the bedroom.
