25×50 2 story house plan in 1225sq.ft (152 guz area) with two facing roads south side and west side. This house plan is also called as corner house plan which is made according to the customer’s requirements.
On the ground floor from the south side, road shops are given and on the first floor, two family house plans are given. We have given detailed information about all house designs as below:
Ground Floor Plan: Shop house design
In this shop house design, From the south side road, there are four shops given and from the west side road, there is a gate to enter the small house. When we step on the veranda there is the staircase. The staircase is given from outside if the owner wants to give the house for rent purpos it is easy to go on the first floor.

Staircase:
The staircase covers a total area of 6’2”x10’5” feet. These stairs are also called Dog Legged staircase. Dog legged staircase is the most economical staircase. In this plan, each step consists of a 10-inch tread and a 7-inch riser. The tread is the flat part you step on and the riser is the vertical part between each tread. Then we enter the living room.
Living Room:
In this 1BHK small house plan, The size of a living room is 9’9”x11’5” feet. The living room has one window. You can change the size of the window as per your requirement. On the backside of the living room there is an attached toilet bath.

Attached Toilet Bath:
The size of the attached toilet bathroom is 6’5”x4’ feet. Ventilators are provided for ventilation purposes. After the attached toilet bath there is a kitchen.
Kitchen:
In this small house plan, The size of the kitchen is 7’4”x8’2” feet. The kitchen has one window. There is another door in the kitchen towards the wash area. After the kitchen from the east side, there is the bedroom.
Bedroom:
The size of the bedroom is 9’9”x11’5” feet. It has one window.
First Floor Plan: Shop house design
On the first floor house plan of shop house design, There is a two family living. On the left side of the staircase there is space left of 3’ feet for a balcony on the left side there is family 1. This is the 2BHK small house plan.

On the front side there is a balcony. Then we enter the living room.
Living Room:
In this 2BHK small house plan, The size of a living room is 9’9”x7’9” feet. Behind the living room from the south side, there is an attached toilet bath.
Attached Toilet Bath:
The size of the attached toilet bathroom is 3’4”x7’9” feet. A ventilator is given for ventilation purpose. There is another door from the north side to enter. There is the passage of 3’feet. Again one attached toilet bath is thereafter the passage.
Attached Toilet Bath:
The size of the attached toilet bathroom is 6’4”x4’ feet. A ventilator is given for ventilation purpose. Next, there is the kitchen.
Kitchen:
In this small 2BHK house plan, The size of the kitchen is 6’8”x7’2” feet. The kitchen has one window. On the backside of the kitchen there is wash area. Next, there is bedroom 1.
Bedroom 1:
The size of bedroom 1 is 9’8”x10’8” feet. It has one window. From the east side, there is bedroom 2
